HealthVcard app for iPhone and iPad

The Selectpath Health VCard allows you to keep track of medical and benefits information.
You can keep track of information for things like blood type, allergies, medications, immunizations and medical history.
You can also keep track of a variety of benefits plans like travel insurance, drug plans and health/dental/vision plans.
The Health VCard app also helps you track important contacts, addresses and appointments.
Access to the app allows you to track information for yourself as well as setup accounts for other important people like your spouse, your children or other people where you have a responsibility to assist.
Downloading the app is free but you need to email Selectpath at [email protected] for a UserID and Password.
